Tuna casserole melt
Serves 4 people

Ingredients:

1 Can of tuna, drained
1 Cream of celery soup
2.5 cups Pasta
1/2cup Cheese, shredded
2 Cans of mixed vegetables, drained
2/3cup Milk

Preheat oven to 350°C.
Cook pasta according to package. In a large baking dish, mix the soup, half of the cheese, vegetables, tuna and milk. Stir in the pasta. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Heat in oven until it is bubbling, about 30 mins.
Trick to make sure middle is hot: place a metal knife in the middle, and when you remove it from the casserole, feel if it is hot enough for you.
